Terms and Conditions for the Competition by chatlyn GmbH

This competition is organized by chatlyn GmbH, Hörnesgasse 5/10, 1030 Vienna (“Organizer”). Participation in the competition is only possible under the conditions outlined here. By entering, participants expressly acknowledge these terms and conditions.

Eligibility

Participation in the competition is free, voluntary, and not linked to any purchase obligation. All individuals who have reached the age of 18 at the start of the competition are eligible to participate. Entry is open to both Austrian and international participants. Entry on behalf of third parties is not allowed, and employees of chatlyn GmbH are excluded from the draw.

Participation requires registration via email on the website www.chatlyn.com. A valid email address is required, along with consent to use the provided data for marketing purposes by chatlyn GmbH.

Prizes and Draw

Twenty single-day tickets to the International Hotel Technology Forum Asia Pacific 2024 (IHTF Asia 2024) on November 12-13, 2024, in Singapore will be raffled. All other participants will receive a discount on the entrance fee.

The draw will be conducted after the entry period, privately and at random. Winners will be notified by email and must respond with their contact information within one day to chatlyn GmbH. If no response is received, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected. Cash payment, exchange of items, or prize transfer is not possible.

Miscellaneous

The organizer assumes no liability for the accuracy of all details and reserves the right to cancel the competition without prior notice. Legal recourse is excluded. In the event of a breach of these terms, chatlyn GmbH reserves the right to exclude participants immediately. The deadline for participation is October 31, 2024, at 11:59 p.m., with the draw taking place on November 1, 2024.

Data Protection Notice

Data provided within the scope of participation will be used for competition administration and marketing purposes in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 b and f GDPR. Data will only be shared with third parties if necessary for handling the competition (e.g., prize shipment). No additional use of data will take place.

Data Retention

Data will be retained until consent is withdrawn. After the competition ends and winners are announced, data not used for marketing purposes will be deleted. Data for winners will be retained for the duration of statutory warranty claims.
