No. The AI handles repetitive queries — check-in times, amenities, policies, directions. It provides information but cannot create, modify, or cancel bookings. For complex requests, it hands over to your team.

When a guest messages your hotel, a 24-hour window opens for free-form replies. After 24 hours without guest activity, outbound messages require a Meta-approved template. chatlyn handles template submission and approval.
