Meet the first AI-Native GRM

On 9 September we open chatlyn 2.0. The whole platform, rebuilt with AI at its core: every guest channel, every reservation and every preference in one record, read in context before your team opens the thread.

Why the rebuild

Guest data was built for records, not conversations

A guest profile in your PMS knows the arrival date. It does not know that the same guest asked about a spa slot last night, in Italian, at 23:40. chatlyn 2.0 keeps the conversation and the reservation on one record, so the AI reads the full context and your team answers with all of it in front of them.

The session

What you will see, live

No slide tour. We run chatlyn 2.0 on a real property setup and stop only where it changes a shift: the morning catch-up, the guest who almost booked, the request that used to drown in a thread.

Start the day already caught up

The new Home dashboard opens on your day, not on a menu: today’s arrivals and departures from the PMS, what the AI resolved overnight, and your open conversations sorted by how urgently they need a person. One click lands on exactly the threads that need rescue. Managers see the same picture for the whole team.

An AI that has met your guest before

Every booking, every euro spent and every conversation live on one record, including the requests that never became a booking. The AI reads that history before it answers, so a returning guest is greeted like one, and your team sees the whole story beside the thread.

Actionables: requests become tasks, not lost messages

A baby cot, a late checkout, a room change: the AI recognises the requests that need hands and files them as a task list on the dashboard, each linked to its conversation. It goes live with 2.0 in September, and we show it working in the session.

Segments that build themselves

Live guest lists stay current on their own: arriving today, in-house, birthdays this week. AI tagging reads PMS data and conversation history together, so a campaign list stops being an export-and-spreadsheet job: you reach everyone who asked about the spa, a date or a rate, not only the guests who stayed.

Your booking engine, connected in one paste

Paste your booking engine link once and chatlyn detects the rest. On webchat, guests pick their dates without leaving the conversation; on WhatsApp, the AI asks for dates and party size and sends a link that lands on the finished search. It goes live on 9 September, and we walk the whole flow live.

Journeys that arrive ready to run

Pre-arrival, check-in day, post-stay: the stay runs on PMS events, and the new journey builder ships with a test mode and conversion figures per step, so you see where guests stop tapping. The AI drafts the templates, and the first version of plain-language journey editing lands the same day.

Be in the room on 9 September

9 September 2026, 12:00 CEST. Free, 45 minutes, and the recording goes to everyone who registers.

Before you register

Yes. Register with your work email and the joining link arrives by email. There is nothing to pay and nothing to install.

Yes. Everyone who registers receives the recording afterwards, whether or not they attend.

Hoteliers who own guest communication: general managers, front office, guest relations, revenue and marketing. No technical background is assumed.

Show it. The walkthrough runs inside the product on a working property setup, not on slides.

Yes. 2.0 is a rebuild rather than an update, so the session is the fastest way to see what changes for your team and what stays where you expect it.
