No. Pricing is shaped to the engagement and given in a direct conversation. Atelier is a service relationship, not a software subscription, and the contract reflects that.

Designs your guest journeys end to end. Writes and maintains every WhatsApp template, webchat opening line, and PMS trigger message in your brand voice. Trains and tunes your AI on your house knowledge. Configures the platform. Reviews performance monthly with your team, audits brand voice quarterly, plans strategy annually. We do not operate your inbox. Your front desk does that. We make sure they always have the best toolkit to work with.

No shared playbooks across competing brands. What runs at one brand stays at that brand. References are by introduction, never on a public list. NDAs signed before the first working session if your legal team requires.

If you are operating multiple properties with a head office and want central visibility, consistent standards, and a managed rollout without burdening your IT team, this is also the right path. No. The platform pairs AI for routine moments with explicit handoff to your staff for anything nuanced or signature. Some Atelier brands run AI extensively, others use chatlyn purely for routing without AI on guest replies (as The St. Regis Le Morne does, where every reply is written personally by a butler).
